Vitta Clay It is the brand of activated clays developed for the clarification of vegetable oils, mineral oils, Vegetable fats and animal fats produced by the TQA Vitta group, installed in its industrial unit in the city of Pindamonhangaba (SP).
For the production of activated clays are used as the main raw materials: Bentonites calcium with high level of purity and inorganic acids.
Activations of clays Vitta Clay occur through two processes: acid activation by digestion with inorganic acid or term activation through the application of temperature in carefully controlled process. During activation processes occur physical and chemical changes in the structure of the clay, which enables the formation of numerous active sites with excellent adsortive properties. In both processes high technologies are used and strict quality control, ensuring uniformity in production and high standard of excellence to obtain products that meet the most demanding customers.
The products of the line Vitta Clay Remove pigments like: carotenes, xantofilas, chlorophyll, hemoglobin, between others. Are very efficient for soap removal, phosphatids and metal traces, besides inhibiting catalysis other compounds as peroxides, responsible for the deterioration of oil or fat.
