Conveyor belts

TQA VITTA Conveyor Belts are used in numerous processes, in connection with its normal purpose of providing a continuous flow of materials between operations. Recently, compliance with environmental requirements encouraged the selection of conveyor belts over other means of transport.

Used in the most diverse segments, TQA VITTA Conveyor Belts have technical characteristics that allow their application in small material transport and lifting systems, medium and large, depending on its proper configuration.

TQ-BELT EXT - Applications that require extreme abrasion, impact, cutting and with temperature peaks of up to 100ºC. Abrasion Resistance: 120 mm³

TQ-BELT EXT PLUS - Applications that require extreme abrasion, impact, cutting and with temperature peaks of up to 100ºC. Abrasion Resistance: 70 mm³

TQ-BELT EXT PLUS ESP - Applications that require extreme abrasion, impact, cutting and with temperature peaks of up to 100ºC. Abrasion Resistance: 30 mm³

TQ-BELT AG - Applications requiring flame retardant characteristics, antióleo, antistatic and with temperature peaks of up to 140ºC.

TQ-BELT AT - Applications that require temperatures up to 150ºC. It is recommended that the thickness of the cover be specified depending on the temperature of the material.

TQ-BELT ET - Applications that require temperatures up to 204ºC. It is recommended that the thickness of the cover be specified depending on the temperature of the material.

TQ-BELT ST - Applications that require temperatures up to 300ºC. It is recommended that the thickness of the cover be specified depending on the temperature of the material.

TQA VITTA Conveyor Belts meet national standards (NBR) and international standards (ISO, FROM, NEW, ASTHMA, REMA CEMA).

Rubber Compounds

A TQA VITTA, specialist in this segment, develops rubber compounds to ensure the protection of metal and concrete structures, machines and equipment, exposed to corrosive and abrasive attacks according to ASTM standard, that guarantees the quality demanded by its customers.
The compounds are developed based on Natural Rubber, Common and Graphite Ebonite, Hypalon, Clorobutyl, Neoprene, Nitrile, EPDM and SBR.

In addition to anti-corrosion coatings, we make available to the entire market a new product line: composite material with total efficiency in permanent repair for rehabilitation of ducts and pipes. Request more information.
